The Outer Courtyard will feature a swimming pool, a hot tub, an outdoor shower, a landscaped deck with sitting areas, a barbeque and picnic aplenty.

In the Fitness Centre, you can treat your body to a tune-up on our treadmills, exercise bikes and weightlifting equipment and then unwind in the steam room before you hit the men’s and ladies’ showers.
Playa del Sol will have a recreation and lounge area for owners to unwind and enjoy after a long day at the pool, beach or golf course. It will be equipped with pool tables, games, bar area and large screen tv. Owners may also book this recreation area through the Strata Board for that special occasion or big event.
